Most usually, when considering love and happiness in regards to long term relationships, the focus is usually on how much or how easily love is received and given. It is assumed that love must necessarily be present, and in most cases this is true, however, there are many who have yet to receive love and happiness, and there are many others who haven’t even had the opportunity to feel love and happiness. There are many factors that come into play in regards to love and happiness and one of them is really the opportunity for love and happiness. But, if you do want to know whether or not you were successful at making it real and living it out in your life, the answer is no. So, what causes us to experience love and happiness (or any other feeling for that matter) and how can we tap into this happiness by using positive affirmations?

Well, I’ve found one answer and it is through my favorite exercise; the love and happiness test. Love and happiness (or any other feeling for that matter) is all about taking time for yourself and making sure that you are able to experience all of your best experiences in life. This might be traveling, being with someone you love, getting well, experiencing success, getting your wisdom teeth pulled, or anything else. By making sure that you are able to “re-experience” all of the great things that life has to offer you on a daily basis you are ensuring that you are living in a state of constant happiness.

In my opinion, one of the greatest keys to experiencing love and happiness (or any other feeling for that matter) is to use the Allison Goldberg method.
